Terms and Conditions

Payment is accepted by cash, cheque and bank transfers [bank details

available on request].

Orders are subject to postage and packing charge, depending on item.

Any work damaged during Transit must be reported within 24 hours of

receipt and returned by an insured carrier.

Any breakages must be notified in seven days of purchase.

Elaine Jenkins is not VAT registered.

Elaine Jenkins reserves the right to review her prices at any time.

Elaine Jenkins retains the right to all goods until payment is received in

full

Each product is hand made by Elaine Jenkins and therefore is unique.

Variations are part of the distinct character of work.

Returns Policy

Earrings cannot be exchanged or refunded for hygiene reasons.

Elaine Jenkins is happy to exchange or issue credit notes for any

purchased [apart from earrings] but can not issue a refund.

Any returned item must be in a saleable condition.
